Licensing
We also do building plan approval, Our registered architect and engineer create a floor plan and elevation and application for building plan approval will be applied by our registered architect and engineer to the local authority or BBMP, BDA, BMRDA. We follow up with BBMP, BDA, BMRDA and all Government officials for Land and Building Approvals and to obtain required NOC. We also get the completion certificate. We undertake checking of zone, submission drawings according to norms, legal opinion, updating documents etc. based on Client requirement. and we accomplish issue of Building Plan approval within 30 days
