Comfort Belvedere Park
Comfort Belvedere Park is a bold statement project in the vicinity of HBR Layout. The five-storey commercial building rests on a trapezoidal, corner site of 5100 sq.ft, abutting roads on the south west and south east sides.
A grand set of steps rises to the entrance of the building with a deck, while a ramp with a gradual slope leads down into the basement for vehicular parking. Providing the facilities and staircase-lift core towards the rear end of the building enabled us to create large, unobstructed spaces of 2800 sq. ft for commercial use on each floor.
The sharp edges and triangular cladding accentuate the acute-angled site, defining a strong identity to the edifice. The unique enclosure is cut off at the corner revealing a glass facade that serves its purpose of high visibility in the retail building. The glass facade appears to emerge out of hiding to showcase itself to the outside. Standing out among its surroundings, the exterior of the building proves to reflect the idea of establishing a spectacular visual experience.
